He has real personal experiences to draw on that help guide his clients through the process. He also is very calm and thoughtful about the strategy and approach needed depending on market trends, client interests and home attributes. While no part of him feels or acts like a "salesman" he knows how to sell. Because of his interior design knowledge, he knows how to stage a home using only what you already have. Even though we were selling, the photos he got of our house made us want to buy it all over again! He also knows how to help you consider pricing and how to create an environment that makes buyers feel comfortable and able to picture themselves living in the house during a showing. I would make Stephen my agent every time if I could.
When I first spoke to Stephen by phone, I knew almost immediately that I wanted to work with him.
